Crystals have the metaphysical power of healing. Using certain crystal methods, crystal healing can help a number of physical problems. Hi Everybody This is Abhishek. I hail from New Delhi and currently working in US for past 2.5 years. I know Nirmal Sir for the past 3.5 years. I met him when/ because I had a lot of problems in my life. Surprisingly, a lot of problems started fading right away after I met him. The first day I met him, he asked me to learn Meditation. The next Kriya Yoga class was after 6 months. It was a long wait. In the meantime, I learnt that problems surface, gets resolved and again resurface in one form or the other whatever you do, or not do which was really frustrating me. My life was better than before but still not great that I hoped for. Then came the day when we had Kriya Yoga session begun. Somehow, from the start, with God's grace and by how Nirmal sir explained and taught, I had a firm belief in Kriya (as we call it).I made a commitment to myself that "I have to follow Kriya Path whatever happens"....
